My complaint:
I woke up to 6 unauthorized charges from Poppo Live, an app I’ve never downloaded or even heard of before today. Within one minute my card was charged 5 times for $1.08 and 1 time for $3.26. I immediately locked my card and contacted Google play with a refund requested for the unauthorized transactions. I am working with my bank as well to try to figure this out. I also googled about unauthorized transactions with Poppo Live and found MULTIPLE complaints of other people going through the same thing. There is some sort of scam happening. I do not understand how they got my card information and I am highly upset and am requesting a refund for the amount of $8.66 and that you remove my information from your system..
