Poppo Live complaint: Disregarding my account services

My complaint:

I joined Poppo Live Streaming platform on October 11th 2022. Since joining the platform I have really enjoyed it up untill now. I started out as a host under an agency. Once becoming a host I then applied to become a Sub agent under the same Agency. Now by this time I began to notice that the person I was under was not really active with me regarding checkins just too see how everything was going.

Long and behold I asked to be removed from under the agency not knowing that once I was released I will never be able to become an agent or sub agent again. None of this is stated in the terms and conditions on this platform. I have reached out too customer service on numerous occasions and they don’t respond. Can someone please assist me in this matter.

Suggested solution:

I should be granted to become a Sub agent or my own Agent. None of the guidelines is clear in the handbook online
