My complaint:
went through the drive through – ordered a 5 pc spicy tender…asked how many sauces came with…said 3…said I would like a total of 5 and that I would be willing to pay for the extra…silence…got my order with 3 sauces…drove back around and was told they can’t sell extras (this is new – I have bought extras for years) …
so I can’t purchase what I needwant to eat my meal (so I just won’t be purchasing my meals there anymore
so it was EXTREMELY rude to just ignore my request for extra and just not address the issue the 1st time

start selling extra condiments if the customer wants them...
