Popeyes complaint: The restaurant was filthy tables were not wiped off and very disrespectful and no customer service

My complaint:

On February the 12th at 3:53 p.m. me and my daughter and my grandson came to your establishment and Chillum Maryland the wait time was terrible when we get there a customer have been waiting for a good while she asked for her money. The manager came out there and took so long he had to show a young man how to give back their money the line begin to get long another employee was yelling the Maui chicken sandwich is 15 minutes to wait for and he was yelling it loud the tables was very filthy the seats were nasty the floor was ciarrocchi has with food all on the floor I had to use the restroom I was afraid to use that because that might of had been just as nasty as the restaurant was no customer service the manager was no help and I had asked him for y’all phone number and he had an attitude with me told me I had to go online to make a complaint so this is what I’m doing now I hope that this reaches you all you need to send a secret shopper from the corporation in there to watch how they are when I mean very nasty is very nasty in there the manager and the employees need to go back to school to be taught customer care service skills cuz that store have none and I was very disappointed in the Popeyes chain so I hope seriously you do something about this the store is 2779 in Chillum Maryland Hyattsville is ghetto you have so many young people working there till it’s a mess so please take this seriously because one day somebody very important may come into that store and may feel the same exact way as I feel thank you very much a concerned citizen
