My complaint:
I stood in line Sunday at around 4pm. One person in line before me with issue, salesperson did not know how to address, got a manager to help. He said I will be right with you, no went off doing something. Meantime , myself and the other customer is still standing there without placing our order, another customer comes in and he too is standing there, finally a server was passing by and I asked can please place my order and she said one moment. Mind you I have been standing for about 15 minutes. Unacceptable for chicken fast food, when there are at least 10 people working at that moment. The original order taker never came back. Once my order was taken, i was not given my ticket. so when my number was called I was the only one so, I had to go to the register and get my number, really.
Suggested solution:
In my opionon and that many people working at one time, the front register and inside order line should be attended at all times. If the person that was taking orders previously had been pulled for something else, like filling the soda machine, which was being complained about, then another person should have filled whether it be the manager or assistance manager, someone. We should not have to stand in line for 10 to 15 mins without even being acknowledged. I have never gone to this store and had to wait that amount of time to even place my order. I could have done KFC, but hate them. Also did this store go under new management or is it a franchise. If so I will not be purchase from there again. Also the chicken tasted different, even my son who goes often stated it tasted different. I hope you are not making changes. Thanks for listening..Ann
