My complaint:
The chicken breading was not burned but tasted as if cooked in burnt oil. I was also not given a receipt. This occurred after waiting in line for 25 minutes. I did not return it because, I had already wasted all that time in line to pay almost 10.00 dollars for food not fit to eat. The Cajun rice was mushy and way overcooked. I would like a refund.
Suggested solution:
I would like a Refund. Popeyes used to be my favorite fast food chicken. But, the store on Showcase in Memphis, always has long lines, slow service, and often out of specific parts. Somebody there needs better training. I will acknowledge the the drive thru order taker was well spoken and polite.
