My complaint:

This is the 3rd time I have ordered pickup online at the Dyersburg location and this is the 3rd time I have to turn around and drive all the way back to the store because they always leave things off my order. It’s not that they are rushed because they always have you pull to a parking spot and wait for your order every time. This issue is that they aren’t fulfilling orders properly and review them before sending them out.

Suggested solution:

Make sure they are double checking the orders completely before send them out. If you didn’t bag the order while looking at the receipt then be the one who goes behind the other person to ensure people are getting everything they’re playing for without having to turn around and come get it.
