My complaint:
The location located on W Tunnel Blvd is horrible. All food is cold, cooked in old grease, they are always out of everything no matter when you go and when you order spicy they always give mild. Always!! They are rude and the restaurant is always gross. Inside and out.
Suggested solution:
Just fix the problems. Apparently corporate needs to take a look.
