My complaint:

I have several complaints about my drive through order at 7:20pm 11622.

1. no white meat available
2. ordered 2 3s, neither came with a biscuit but still paid full price
3. no receipt provided, paid cash
4. red beans and rice – 34 full on side, rice tasted old (not fresh)

Suggested solution:

Better management and employees

Refund order. This is not the first time this has occurred in this same area. Overall service is noticeably not the same as it has been in the past.
