My complaint:
I am very upset, ive been playing with pokerstars for over 10 years, yesterday they closed my account down for no reason
They wont give me an explanation, they wont let me speak with a manger, they are completely ignoring my emails
First they emailed me saying the casino side is closed, which i am fine with then few hours later they email saying account is closed
Who does this? What kind of service and company are they, they dont care about there customers one bit
Please help me
