PNC Bank complaint: Loyalty Does Not Matter

My complaint:

I notified PNC Bank one week after my brother (their loan client) passed, delivered a Death Certificate to a local branch and requested PNC Bank pick up his car (their COLLATERAL) and THREE MONTHS later, 12 calls his vehicle sits in my driveway! A grade a loan, paid on time and sometime in advance and they can’t assist with showing RESPECT to my Brother and his family by doing their job and giving us peace of mind and closure. Customer Service has no clue how to handle such matters and Probate Services simply takes notes and passes the BUCK. If it were a loan in default there’s no doubt their collections area would be calling and sending a REPO company.Recovery of collateral in theory improves profitability but apparently that’s why PNC’s growth has been impaired, bad service. Shame on you PNC Bank!!!!!

PNC needs to pick up their collateral!
