My complaint:
For months I have been using my account and it’s repeated charges for overdraft ending in negative account. I even opted out of overdraft months ago. They say they don’t process over the weekend so although it shows this money is in my account once they process it sends me into a high negative balance.
Suggested solution:
I want them to forgive the negative balance and honor my opt out of overdraft. And also they need to fix how and when they process transactions.
