My complaint:
So my complaint is last month someone called me from the outreach team saying my name is Angela no last name to mention she’s like I want to inquire some transactions on ur account can u give me ur account info I was like I’m sorry I can’t only if u call through my branch I can go there and give u coz to be honest there r so many fake calls these days so she was like okay fine u can go though the branch I went next day to my branch and we almost took 2 hours and gave what we she asked and she’s like that’s all I needed and not to mention she wanted my store Business info then my dads which was completely separate then another store with my partner so now after all this I got a call Friday from a women named Lisa after a month she’s like we r closing all ur account with Pnc I’m like why what’s the reason ? She’s like no reason we have the opportunity to decide who we want as customers goodbye exactly like that and hung up on me and now they closed 6 accounts total my personal and business my dads personal and business and my cousin personal and business and guess what without any reason she put notes that have no reason at all even my branch was shocked the manger was like this is wrong u should file a complaint I have been with Pnc for many years and this so what they do I feel like that women is targeting me and my family and not to mention I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’m running around and opening new accounts for all but this is wrong they need to tell me why and if no reason open my accounts
