My complaint:
Had a personal loan. Loan was paid off in October 2021. Additional check sent in December 2021 from Limbaugh Toyota for $1,908.32 to this account. Told check was not received however check cleared the bank on 122021. The funds were not credited to my account.
Suggested solution:
Find the funds credit them to the closed amount and refund to me.
