My complaint:

Hi my name is Mikael Brown I was scheduled for an interview at Amazon Warehouse in Belvedre at 4pm today, when I arrived I was told that I could only conduct my interview via Skype. I informed the company that I do not have access to Skype, I was also informed by the company that I should contact 01612111313 to arrange an interview via an alternative method since I did not have access to Skype. I then spoke to a person known as Jessica today on number 01706403115 and informed her that I do not have access to Skype and asked if my interview could be rearranged and conducted differently she then informed that this was not possible, my application for the job has now been withdrawn. It has also been made known to me that the reason why Skype was introduced was because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, I do not suffer from this virus and I am fit and healthy with relevant experience in warehouse work along with a Diploma in warehouse and Logistics and feel that PMPAmazon have now created an obstacle which is preventing me from gaining employment. I am submitting this complaint as I feel that the company has not provided alternative methods of conducting an interview especially for people like myself who do not have access to Skype. I patiently await your response.
