My complaint:
I have reached 47,500 in PlaySpot and have been trying for a week to redeem the points for a $50 PayPal card, but the error message just says, Something went wrong. Please try again.
I have reached out to PlaySpot 3 times via email and gotten no response. I feel ripped off for all the time I put in playing games and watching ads to get the points and now can’t even redeem them for the money I need!
Suggested solution:
PlaySpot should immediately award me the $50 PayPal reward.
