My complaint:
I did an offer involving purchasing a 30 day gems deal in the game rise of kingdoms but my offer was rejected basically meaning that I wasted money on that game and never got my reward that I was promised. I basically have been scammed. I have a receipt of my purchase as proof of completion.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my complaint by giving me the coins that were promised in the offer and compensating me with enough coins to redeem a 50 dollar PayPal cash out.
