My complaint:
I have played several different games over the past couple of months, and I had reached 166645 coins so enough for a £170 in vouchers all together. I put the request through the £100 and received the auto email saying would be looked into, but then heard nothing and so when I tried for the smaller vouchers it kept coming up saying an error, so I emailed and was then told they picked up suspicious use of the app, but have given no explanation, and all I have done is follow their process of downloading and playing the games to achieve the target levelgoal
Suggested solution:
They should give me the vouchers i have earned as I have followed their rules I have only played the games on 1 device, achieved the levels they have set there was nothing suspicious, I completed some of the games quickly as I work from home so I play throughout the day and I paid for some bonuses in the games.
