My complaint:
I’m just trying to redeem my £100 PayPal reward, and everytime I input my details it says Something went wrong. Please try again later. I contacted the costumer service and they said the App detected something suspicious. I was wondering what could be suspicious if just open the App 2 times after I started play the game that I choose and just to read again the task. Any case, they don’t answer my request for help in claiming my prize. I just want cash out my coins because I invested money in the game that I played.
Suggested solution:
Pay the prize that I won honestly.
