My complaint:
I have withdrawn many times with their other sites and even reached level 5 player status. Every time I win, they find a new reason to deny my withdrawls or hold them. This time, they said I did not play with bitcoin, so I could not withdraw with bitcoin. That was not true. The forth rep verified it that they could see that I have played with BTC. Then they requested very personal information for a wire transfer. I sent this over, and they still aren’t going to send it. Do not play with Punt, Planet 7, or Raging Bull. They will let you deposit away but withdraw, that’s where they draw the line.
Suggested solution:
They should send my money to my BTC address and stop changing rules by the withdrawl. The more you play, the less they send. The first win you'll get in 24hrs.
