My complaint:
I have lived in Houston, Mo for several years and have eaten at this establishment numerous times. I’m a Marine corps veteran and currently have 21 years of service with the state of Missouri. My wife and I went to this place this evening and Cyndi was our waitress and is the shift leader on her name plate. She took our order and brought us our food. We began to eat and I had a water to drink and my wife had a Dr. Pepper. My water was empty and sat that way for a time until my wife took it to the counter and some other waitress filled our drinks. we continued to eat and sit there waiting for a to go box to put our left overs in. after several minutes passed I went to the counter and retrieved my on box and paid for our meal. which was 36.77. Cydni never once came back to check on us nor did she talk to use after the initial order.
Suggested solution:
If Pizza Hut is going to hire people like this, I will be done with this franchise. I really enjoy the pizza but will not tollerate the way CYDNI is treating her customers.
