My complaint:
i ordered online at 1200 for a pickup at 630pm! i got there on time and nothing was ready which i kind of get BUT. I waited for 30 minutes and three times was told we are working on it. Multiple issues here for obvious reasons. After 30 minutes of waiting i asked for a refund the counter person was so nice had to go get one of the three managers in the shop that were hiding in the back and not helping. The manager processed my refund but tried to keep the tip a paid online then got made when i requested my tip back since i got nothing i ordered. This was a complete mess and i will tell everyone i know not to go there!!
