My complaint:

I called the Pizza Hut in delta co and placed an order to be delivered. I was charged the delivery fee and told it would be about 35 minutes but they were short handed and it could be longer. I waited more than an hour and called to check on the order they told me it was ready to go. I waited about 30 minutes and didn’t get an order and called back. The order was put in as carry out, the pizza was put in as half sausage and half mushroom not what I ordered. The guy said it’s been ready more than an hour and a half and redid the order. I ask him if I was getting a discount on it he said he would find a coupon if that would work and told him not really. I had waited more than 2 12 hours for my order at this time. The manager told me it would be easier to credit my account for the cost of the order for the next time I order and it would be good for 30days. A few weeks later I called to place an order and there had never been any kind of credit on my account. I order from here all of the time and have had always had really good service. We didn’t get food until almost 3 hours later and were lied to by the manager. It is upsetting that you can’t depend on Pizza Hut managers to follow through on their promise to a customer. Thank you for letting me vent.

Not sure what you can do unless the credit promised is actually followed through with.
