My complaint:
Good Morning
I placed an order 05.02 @10:12, only option to choose delivery as 14:00-16:00
@15:50 I phoned in as the order shows completed but no update on delivery, I phoned in 4x there after which I was advised they cannot get a hold of the driver or the store, at 16:20 I told the lady to please CANCEL the order and arrange a refund. This morning 06.02 I phoned in again as the order still has not been cancelled, I was advised they cannot get a hold of the store to find out what is going on, several calls there after still the same story. My order has still not been cancelled, no refund and also could put me through to a supervisor.
This is unacceptable as I paid for an order I didn’t receive, it can’t be cancelled, I can’t be refunded and nobody can assist me over the phone?????????? Order 0026559722
