My complaint:
I received my heets order n 42446375
which unfortunately was having something wrong…
very low smoke level in the first or 2 or 3 breath ..then no smoke at all
i contacted customer care …but they told me that it couldn’t be exchanged at all
which i found disappointing as I enjoyed IQOS smoking to more than a year and did not feel from the company except all respect and appreciation to customers
I do not know why its policy changed towards its clients …
Suggested solution:
The company will conduct corrupt cigarettes and replace it with sound cigarettes with carefully not repeat this error
