My complaint:

I have order food for my pet on 21st march n was supposed to be delivered on 22nd march , but it got delay and till now I haven’t received it the website brand petsutra informed the courier partner delhivery courier service that its a high priority order as it contain food which not easily available in the present situation specially. I do support the govt and me n my family n entire society is doing isolation n following all rules n precautions but as we cant go out we would expect the delivery to come on time or a day late max.

Suggested solution:

Need delivery urgently please help .
