My complaint:
Our flight supposed to take a place from Antalya Airport on the 25 March 2024, Flight Number 9011, it was moved from 16.05 to 11.30 and we were never told about it, we arrived at the airport at 12.50 just to find out that the flight has taken off, the support desk staff have abysmal customer service and did not care that it has affected our international flights and stated that there are no other flights available, this has caused us an additional $1,500 in changing and rebooking international flights!
Suggested solution:
formally apologise and compensate for the missed flights
