My complaint:
Dear Pegasus Airlines,
As I was a clinet in your respectful company many years ago and due to the fact that I’ve been living between Kuwait and Türkiye with my three children, first I’d like to thank all your staff for being helpfull and supportive during my flights. However I need to mention that in my latest flights there was always a delay in my flights which caused to me and my children to be extremely stressed and exhausted mentally and physically.
What has happend in my last flight in Saturday 26/8 flight number: PC859 was a total mess as it took more than 24 hours to arrive to my wanted destination which in normal conditions takes around 12 hours only. With all my love and respect to your efforts but there were many question marks that occurred in my latest flight:
1)No messages or emails were sent to give us information about delay, cancellation and updated schedules for my flights
2)Unpredictable gate changes, time changes and long delay hours
3) As I am a person who suffers from severe migraines and colon flare ups, my latest trip was extremely tiring and draining for my health,in addition to that I had three kids with me to take care of
4)My youngest son ( 9 years of age) had many meltdowns and was very overwhelmed with the caos that was going on. He is not old enough to handle all of that.
5)Our flight was from Kuwait to Istanbul to Adana and to Mersin by car, because of all of the delays I was forced to cancel my ride back to hometown several times which led me to spend double fees.
After mentioning to you all of my cons I would love it if you would compensate me thus as my recovery after this trip will most likely be a week long which will cause my work and duties to be put off my schedule
