My complaint:
To whom this may concern,
Why do you need two apps to watch the olympics? You knew Americans were not going to get up at the early hours of the morning to watch live so have you made steaming the olympics so damn difficult?? Im paying ten bucks a month for peacock but all of the replays aren’t on there? There are some on nbc sports that are not on peacock. Why am I paying ten bucks a month for an app that doesn’t even have all the content that YOU are licensed to provide?? Since they are on nbc sports I have to watch commercials and watch too many. You’re being greedy but I expect that from an idiotic corporation like you. So again, why am I paying for peacock if I have to watch Olympic replays on nbc sports and watch commercials?? Im not about to start lining your greedy pockets TWICE!!
Why is there differences in your recording quality, length, and content shown in almost all of your replays? Some show the stupid “we will continue programming shortly” screen instead of commercials, which is just as annoying as the commercials but at least you don’t get paid for it. Some other times it just skips it and starts right after the commercial. Also when it cuts back from the commercial placeholder screen it MISSES PART OF THE OLYMPICS!! I’m not paying for 80% coverage!
There are some situations where there will be qualifying rounds for men available to stream but not for women’s. Sexist much? I think so. Unfortunately I do expect a huge corporation like nbc to be sexist.
In summary, you failed miserably to provide high quality Olympic content to Americans within our time zone. I really hope you fix it, figure it out and change the way you organized and provide Olympic content NOW! Or stand down snd let ABC or CBS do it right!!
