My complaint:
I can’t remove the “Continue Watching” items. Peacock doesn’t have a contact support listed and the bot doesn’t have a correct category.
When you are watching and the program ends, it starts a new program that has nothing to do with what you were watching. I watch SciFi. At the end it started a western, another time it started an old detective series that I already saw in its first run. Another time it started a show that I was already watching on Peacock and was at the 6th episode. But it started it back to the 1st episode.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to remove the “continue watching” or remove them theirselves.
