My complaint:

I have been renting from Pathlight Property Management with home partners of America for 4 years. I have never been late or missed a payment. I have been out of electricity in my home since October 8th of 2023. Today three electricians have been to my home and I still do not have power. It was recommend by the second electrician that they wiring be changed in the home. However the property management will not approve it. All my food has been spoiled in the freezer refrigerator and deep freezer. I have exhausted my credit card using it to pay for Airbnb. I am also caring for two disabled adults my son and my brother. I was told Nora would give me a call back today it is now 4:20 p.m. I have not heard anything. I can not get any assistance. This is Not the first time I’ve had to call about problems with the electricity. I’ve had Sparks even come out of the wall they also had to take down the fan on October 18th because when the electrician is there sparks came out but they still won’t change the wiring path light will not approve it! They do not care about our family our displaced.

Suggested solution:

Fix the wiring to the house. Reimbursement of the Airbnb and of all the food I had to buy in the Airbnb and all the food I had to throw away due to no electricity in the home. And pain and suffering for the inconvenience. My family was visiting from west Virginia and I could not host them in my home or have my annual seafood dinner
