My complaint:
I purchased several items from one of your representatives under the name “Gigi Berry” located in Glendale, AZ 85304 on Riviera Drive
I returned several items to Gigi Berry as she made it very clear that she was no longer going to be a positive representative for your company
She had made it very clear to us she wasn’t taking safety precautions after being diagnosed with Covid -19 . I returned over $100 in products and never received a refund . I’m requesting a refund as I have given her a notice on December 3 2020 which she responded to but has yet to refund .

I would like a refund or a credit for new merchandise with a different representative. I would also like this representative to be retrained In safety precautions when being sick and customer service.
