My complaint:

I found this consultant online and asked if she had a pair of my earrings because I had lost one! She said she would try to find some! She sent me a message on messenger and told me she found the earrings and a ring that I had also wanted. She said she would send me a invoice ! I told her I couldn’t pay until Friday when I got my check! I get online Friday night to pay my invoice and found out she had canceled my invoice and blocked me on messenger so I couldn’t send anything! I have spent thousands on paparazzi jewelry from my original consultant and have never had any problems with her! I shouldn’t have to beg to pay my invoice!

Suggested solution:

Send her a email and remind her that the customers are the people who keep her business thriving and bad service will not be tolerated from Paparazzi!
