My complaint:
I always stop in and wait for my pizza. About one month ago I stopped in to pick up a Pappas all meat and there were 2 young boys working. There was one person in front of me but it took the two of them approximately 20 minutes to make his pizza. He only ordered one pizza but they kept telling him they were out of different toppings for his pizza so he had to pick substitutes for his pizza. When they started working on my pizza they said they were out of Italian sausage and would substitute salami. Then they were out of one of the cheeses. I asked them why they were out and they said corporate wasn’t sending the toppings they needed. The pizza was the worst I have ever gotten from any pizza place. I believe by the way they had to keep checking there sheets of what to put on the pizzas that they were both new. I have never heard of a restaurant of any kind not having the ingredients they need because corporate wouldn’t send them to them. I haven’t been back since then because I am afraid to go back because I don’t want another bad pizza.
Suggested solution:
Make sure the stores have the supplies they need.
