My complaint:
Order 2 Papadias, got one correct, other not even close. Called number to resolve, store kept hanging up the phone without answering. Called customer service for help, they tried to get through but couldn’t. Then proceeded to tell me they would contact the store to have the issue resolved and that it would take 24 to 48 hrs. What about the food I ordered I asked, they said they was nothing they could do at this time, they wouldn’t even give me my money back.
Suggested solution:
refund my money immediately
