My complaint:
I’ve Been Having Rodent Problems Since August 8, 2022 Let’s Keep In Mind I Just Moved Into This Unit April Of 2022 That’s 4 Months Apart Until I saw the first rodent Every time I’ve Put Work Orders In which started on august 12th of 2022 The Maintenance People Barley Come Out To Fix Or Do Anything around The unit when they do come out They Only Bring Mice Traps That Doesn’t Help @ All that hasn’t helped @ all , This Building Im Renting In Is Overly Infested With Rodents the property management team doesn’t care not one bit , the back of the building has open holes from the outside even along the window under it it’s just open space for making ways for rodents to travel in , I’ve told the property manager since day 1 of my first work order which was about the rodent time time again about the same thing but nothing never happens the problem is getting worse worse everyday to the Point where I’ve had enough had to go get outside help that I have to spend my money on for someone to come out help the proper way because clearly Pangea staff doesn’t care , I’ve talked to many people on the resident cares team nothing never happens still all they do is put in work orders the same thing I do . I’m literally killing mice after mice each everyday im sick of it I can’t stand to be in my own apartment where I’m paying $905 in rent , I can’t sleep @ night , I can’t even use the bathroom without a rodent running under the door this isn’t a way for anyone to live , these rodents are jumping out of my vents day night , they dying under my kitchen sink literally a tale is sticking out right now that’s been there for days because it’s under the sink I can’t even get it out this is getting out of hand around here .. I’ve had to pay a $450 deposit $900 First months Rent To Move In This Unit When they knew for a fact this building was infested!
Suggested solution:
By Actually Coming Out Revamping This Building Because This Problem Is Never Gonna End If They Keep Coming To Bring Traps.
