My complaint:
I moved in one of pangeas apartments on June 1,2020 and I noticed infestations days after moving in. I asked property manager if I can relocate to another one of their properties due to infestations and they told me no. They forced me and my son to stay in a uncomfortable and unsafe environment. Me and my son suffered due to this and my son was bitten all over his legs and arms. I have photos of all infestations. And the manager was very rude and didn’t wanna help me . She kept telling me I was the only one that’s complaining. They wouldn’t allow me out of my lease then 2 months before my lease ended they told me they wanted to part ways because I was always calling in about the infestations. I was forced to live uncomfortable in my own apartment and I have section 8 can someone help me with this matter
Suggested solution:
I want refund on my rent that I was forced to pay while living in their apartment and I want to sue them for pain and suffering because of how I was forced to live in an unsafe environment and nasty infestations in their building. Where my son was bitten all over his legs and arms. I have proof also there was mode in the windows and bedbugs that kept coming in my apartment. I have proof
