My complaint:
I was bit by a mouse Sunday night while picking up a glue trap. The irony is I spoke with the rude disrespectful property manger Darius Sat. I was inquiring about a full building extermination,while he kept insisting he would schedule my apartment…it’s like dude I was told by a Pangea employee you have to schedule it . Basically 4 min conversation ended with him telling me to call residential care to schedule my apartment….Does anyone get it.Today 32421 I call informing them I was bit by a mouse so my issue has escalated from irritating to health threatening—got tenuas shot antibiotics Monday.Sure enough Darius calls back saying the order to exterminate my apartment is set.Smh

The building basements where ever the mice are gaining entry into the building needs to be dealt with...they’re in the walls.5yrs no problems now this.Mr.Darius needs training like he’s doing me a favor. When he called today with that nonsense,I asked what are You going to Do!! He told me hang up the phone on go about his business which he did.
