Panera Bread complaint: Very, very slow. Wrong order.

My complaint:

the sandwich order was wrong, I discovered it after I returned home. The food prep took forever and I was the only customer in the store. The manager and 2 other workers were laughing and speaking in a different language in my presence, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Your prices are very high, and the point rewards are non existing.

Suggested solution:

Make a surprise visit to the Ronkonkoma store.
I will honestly tell you, everytime I have patronized your Ronkonkoma store I'm there at least 30 minutes for a take out order. I think I will be taking my business to the Bohemia store. Lately I've entertained other options. Your prices have gone up as I said without any perks!
