My complaint:
Today after doctors appointment I stopped at the Panera bread on Market Street in Boardman. I chose the green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and asked for no bread because I am on a restricted diet. First of all a huge piece of bread came along side the salad, secondly, the salad was nothing impressive at all. It was a bunch of greens dripping and dressing with a few grape tomatoes underneath, a few pieces of chicken on top and a rubbery hard boiled egg. I have never had a Panera salad before and for the amount of money it cost I was hoping for something a little more special and appetizing. Very disappointing.
Suggested solution:
A gift card perhaps?
