My complaint:
My husband and I both ordered the tuna salad sandwich last Sunday….it was terrible and almost impossible to eat. The bread was so hard you could hardly bite into it and the portion of tuna on the sandwich was so small you could hardly taste it.
This is our second bad experience with Panera and I don’t know if we will be back. By the way, our first bad experience was the chicken broccoli bowl….the chicken had a lot of fatty and gristly parts in it….yuk!!
Suggested solution:
We would like to have our money back. Nobody seemed to care nor offer a refund at the store.
