My complaint:

My companion and I both ordered your pick 2 and two fountain drinks. Total $28.and change. The product was excellent in taste and quality. The portion size was not sufficient. I believe in making a profit and don’t deny you that satisfaction. The bbq chicken sandwich was complete in 4 bites. The strawberry salad was eaten in 10 bites. There was litterally no value in the finished products. If you had $3 of cost in the product that would be an over estimate. I don’t expect to be stuffed by I do expect to feel full for the price tag. It’s safe to say that after being a customer for several years I plan on spending my money elsewhere until you remedy the issue. In the food court alone there are 10 other food options that produce a quality product for less or the same amount of money and leave you feeling satisfied. Panera left me not satisfied.

Suggested solution:

Have an exit poll form that rates quality of food, quantity of food, service of cashier and food prep time. On a more personal note I would like to have at least 12 my money back or a gift card to that equivalent for a possible next visit. I was also asked if I wanted chip, apple slices or baguette I asked for chip and did not receive them. My dining partner received her baguette which was about a 4 inch piece of a loaf of bread that looked to be torn off. It was minimal in size and presentation. The pineapple tasted fine but sliced so thin I could read my book thru it. Overall a very disappointing visit.
