My complaint:
The instructions say all blanks must be filled in order to create an order, BUT there are no spaces to fill. A small asterisk says all spaces must be filled, but the asterisk goes no where..
There was no place to fill in the gift card number!
Suggested solution:
Correct the instructions; make it much more clear.
