My complaint:
We have complained about this location twice and nothing has been done. The only options available for coffee are half and half and almond milk (sometimes that is not even available). The manager says it’s because if he puts out milk it can only sit out for 4 hours. What nonsense. Every other Panera in our area has four options including whole and skim milk. For the record this location doesn’t offer decaf after 2 pm, because the manager feels that he doesn’t sell enough. This is absurd. I know that this is a corporately owned location and it is unbelievable not only that this manager has so much latitude but that he has not responded to two previous complaints.
Suggested solution:
Put out milk!!! Have decaf available after 2:00.
