My complaint:
I ordered online and when i received the order not only was the soup missing, but there were no condiments in the bag.
The sandwich looked as if it has been sat on. Completely squished.
I asked the driver if the order had been paid and he told me no.
I proceeded to give the driver the full amount of the order plus a generous tip.
I called the restaurant and they told me that they would credit my card as it apparently was paid for on a credit card.
That does me no good as I paid the driver.
Suggested solution:
I feel that Panera should send me a gift card or coupons to pay me back for their dishonest driver.
