My complaint:
Yesterday, February 13, 2022, my 3 grandchildren and I took our weekly trip to our favorite Panera. The pictures on the door showed a luscious looking bowl of French onion soup. One 13 year old grandson usually gets broccoli cheddar. Swayed by the beautiful photo, he ventured out and ordered the French Onion. We got home to sadly see only broth and onions. No resemblance to the photo. This is our first disappointment after years of regular visits.
Suggested solution:
The bowl of soup is an expensive item. The least we will expect is either a replacement or a refund.
