My complaint:

I was working at the school and wanted to call ahead and order a dozen bagels. The girl was very. Nice. She did say I have to prepay. But I told her I would have to call her back. My card was in my car. She took the order and my name. She had it all ready for me. When I got there. When I went to pick it up , this girl comes over to me and said. “ I’m the manager here and you have to prepay. I had a talk with The girl who took your order I said to her. Well she was very. Nice .. The manager just walked away like she was the President. Very. Nasty. Girl. I felt so bad for this young lady that helped me I gave her a dollar. Tip. She was just so nasty.

I just think the manager should be talked to and treat her help better. She embarrassed her. This was on January 11 th at 11 AM.
