My complaint:
I’m staying in Room 1304 and at pass 8am someone drilling at the next room. I’ve complaint but they offer me an ear plug or the meeting room. I told them i’ll be out by 10am and need to finish my work as i have a meeting at 10:30am.
I’ve requested to stop drilling for just an hour but nothing happen.
I got a video recording with sound – you can hear the loud drilling noise.
Suggested solution:
As i said to halt drilling just for an hour.
