My complaint:
Overstock sent a bill after 2 years of zero balance on a closed account. Customer service did not know how to resolve the issue, so I wrote a letter, and I received a letter back that I have a zero balance and to disregard the bill. They continue to send the bill once a month despite my calls and letters.
Suggested solution:
They should stop contacting me. It is harassment now, and even my credit report shows closed with a zero balance. They are pathetically below standards, and I have never seen a company so poorly run. I want them gone from my life.
