My complaint:
I purchased a patio table for $328.36. I realized I needed a larger table so I try to cancel the order the next day. Even though the item has not yet shipped, the system would not allow me to cancel. I was advised to start a return which would cost me $164 for return shipment which is over 50% of the total cost. I contacted customer support and they stated they cannot help, that is the policy.
Suggested solution:
1. Cancel the order/do not delivery the item and refund the full amount of purchase.
or
2. Waive the return shipment cost and pick up the order.
